I liked the Eden Model I know my Mom and a friend who were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s both did better with less medication and more interaction with other people. I think going outside is good for the patients in a home. Also I agree with the patient who said “Touch me” so I know I am still here.
I think a husband and wife should be kept together in the same home. I think all relationships are important. I know they did this at Riverbend Memory Care Home in Regina Saskatchewan.
